Compliance

Regulations Affairs

To ensure quality, safety, and efficacy, and to prevent hazards to occur or to public health and hygiene from occurring or spreading, cosmetic products are planned, manufactured, marketed in sure compliance with various laws and regulations, and delivered to customers. Among the laws and regulations to comply with, the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices (the “PMD Act” hereinafter) is particularly important.
The PMD Act stipulates the fundamental and very important matters that all companies that handle cosmetics must comply with.
